Germán Agudo was born in 1981 Madrid, with only 14 years old, after completing his music studies at the school of Toledo, he begins to be interested in a style of music which has always attracted him. It is at that time when he decides to buy his prime Techno Albums to start his career as a DJ.
At the age of 17 he’s already influenced by artists such as Óscar Mulero, Cristian Varela, Richi Hawtin, Tim Baker, Oliver Oh, James Ruskin, Dave Clarke. Herr-mann has the honour to see them at work in clubs like Soma, Voltereta, Y’asta, Family Club, Florida 135, not forgetting the Orbital club where he also had his first residency, Orbital being one of the pioneers in bridging the Techno culture to the area of Toledo.
At the age of 18, moved by the strong desire to continue absorbing more ways of being creative, he made the decision of travelling and live for 2 years on the legendary island of Ibiza, where he observed and shared the Dj-both with some of the most appreciated artists in the world: Richi Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos, Sven Väth, Nicole Moudaber, etc.
In 2014 he began his studies as a music producer and releases his first album in 2016 on the label Lonely Owl, under the pseudonym of Herr-Mann Meyer. His tracks get played by artists such as Paco Osuna and Stacey Pullen.
His industrial, underground sound of Detroit with a clear influence of Berlin and a sublime way of winning the public from the first minute to the last, make Herr-mann Meyer undoubtedly one of the best in Spain.
He has established himself as a resident at two of the best electronic music events in the Spanish capital, SAKE REVOLUTION and CHALET511 in addition events like: Barcelona Off Sonar 2018, Family Club, La Riviera, Gotham the club, Platform 7, Orbital Club, Kubik, Eden, Es Paradise, Tito’s, etc
